  • Hand-washing or hand-sanitising facilities available and signposted
  • No communal buffets or shared open serving areas
  • Pre-order systems used where possible to reduce queuing and contact
  • Single-portion serving formats when needed
  • Strict food handling and cleaning routines maintained throughout service

Protocols are adapted in line with current guidance and production/site requirements.
